Gentlemen: Greetings. I have reviewed your NASA UFOS video EVIDENCES, which is probably the most important public domain presentation on UFOs to date. My final evaluation of the video must await many additional viewings. There is so much of significance on this video that I would not want to "rush to judgement" like the distinguished Captain Edgar Mitchell. Other adroit evasions by official NASA employees related by David Sereda on the video, are typical of this UFO subject since its modern inception with Kenneth Arnold in 1947. These evasions are due either to compulsive myopia, or to obscurantism born of official policy. Either way, contention with such attitudes and responses is destined to be barren of results.

David should read my COSMIC PULSE OF LIFE (1976) slowly and carefully so that he may benefit from my long=ago experience in encountering the mechanistic, anti-life mentality that controls world science. The Old Order of which this retarded mind-set is an integral part, is in its death throes, and all the more dangerous on that account. The problem is essentially one of compulsive behavior that is structural, and therefore beyond conquest by reason. Such minds are also impervious to the facts that are inherent in the NASA video displays on the EVIDENCES video. Were this video to be suppressed, I would not be surprised.

There is something called the ETHER that is intimately and inextricably involved in everything to do with UFOs. To atttempt any kind of investigation of the subject without understanding that UFOs function under ETHERIC LAWS, is a sure road to disappointment, confusion and apocryphal conclusions, such as abound when chasing the ephemeral speed of light idea -- as though that parameter were valid for the entire Cosmos. Right there on your video are countless examples of UFOs that
MATERIALIZE into the ultraviolet spectrum from "somewhere else." That is, these objects materialize from one ocularly invisible realm into another ocularly invisible realm -- one which ultraviolet-sensitive equipment makes tangible to human vision.

Furthermore, most of the objects recorded do not in any way look like ships. I do not refer here to the many instances where strong and definite courses are followed by objects that appear as though propelled and following a pre-determined course of flight. For the bulk of the items recorded, the impression is closely akin to looking through the wall of an aquarium tank. They are like FISH, moving randomly in ocean depths exhibiting little decisive evidence of mutual awareness....like fish. What David does is attempt to impose on this clean, clear biological conduct, the compulsive language of machines and physical plane physics. The phenomena recorded are SPEAKING IN THEIR OWN WAY via their mode of manifestation. We humans need to listen to the way they come to our senses, and not get lost in abstract conjecture about how "they" cross space from umpteen light years distant. The materialization of dozens of these objects into the ultraviolet, itself an invisible realm to us, illustrates for us right before our cameras, that they dematerialize somewhere else. THESE are the processes forced to our consideration by what is in front of us, and we should avoid digression into fantasies designed to protect Dr. Einstein, whose mathematics paralyzed the thought processes of generations of physicists regarding the ether. Einstein never did a single experiment to established the ether's reality or non-existence -- everything was math.

In 1957-60 or thereabouts, I initiated and self-financed a simple forerunner to this NASA work that has been so prodigiously funded in the interim. Since there were hundreds of instances in formal UFO sightings, of objects that DISAPPEARED while under observation, or, which APPEARED out of nowhere (like the critters on the NASA videos), I used infrared film to "search" this portion of the spectrum, which immediately adjoins the red color in our visible spectrum, and which lies immediately above the microwave spectrum used for radar. Isn't that a rational way to pursue something that ocularly disappears? To chase it with a modality sensitive to what the eye does not see? This project was not carried out in space, but on the California desert, and in a metro business district. Lo and behold, two distinct kinds of UFOs appeared on my infrared negatives: There were constructs that appeared driven by etheric force, and there were living organisms (critters) that were animated by etheric force -- just as are all the NASA officials who so adroitly rebuff David Sereda. So there came into ufology, circa 1958, the first qualitative element ever developed in this intriguing subject. When these objects (both kinds) materialized to human sight they were MUTUALLY CONFUSED. Their common functioning principle was, and is, etheric force. Humanity was not going to have THAT! Humanity wanted ships from other planets with beings inside, who had CROSSED SPACE -- a la Edgar Mitchell. Consequently every biological element in the phenomenology was compulsively excluded from consideration.

In 1957-58 therefore, I found out that UFOs were essentially part of the invisible worlds, accessible as you now know via ultraviolet sensitive video. The lesson is simple, but totally indigestible to a life-hating, life-negating technology: remove the ocular limitation of man, and you find worlds within worlds. Thiis NASA stuff is but little different to looking through a microscope into another world. Just as the microscope reveals that this sub-sensible world works upon and is indispensable to earthlife as we know it, so do the NASA videos remove the super-sensible limitation, and there lie other realms teeming with living things -- surely a discovery to make junk out of current biology texts. Man's natural philosophy will undergo a top to bottom overhaul as soon as humans can bear to look with true objectivity at those NASA videotapes.

The inabillity of highly qualified individuals to TOLERATE any intimations or indications of the presence and influence of LIFE FORCE, or ether, is a pervasive, structural, bio-psychiatric problem that only further evolution can remove. Dr. Wilhelm Reich, in his exquisite clinical work, laid the full dimensions of these pathological behavioral problems before mankind. He died in a Federal prison in 1957, and his scientific work was burned by Court Order -- so that forward looking people like David Sereda could not have access to this knowledge. They might be influential in redeeming mankind from the sort of world catastrophe into which the life-negative structure of our unelected rulers, and their lackeys in high office are now leading humanity.

Later on, when I have allowed repeated full viewing of these NASA videos to "speak" to me in their own language, I will perhaps offer further evaluations. In the meantime, my prayers are that no harm comes to the producers of this video, and that the video itself is not suppressed. I do suggest and recommend that David get on the trail of the ether. That is where the answers are. The essential knowledge to further build upon is on the earth now.

When I retired from ufology in 1976, it was because I realized that with Cosmic Pulse I had already delivered an "overdose." I pursued instead the basic weather control technology invented by Dr. Wilhelm Reich and based upon the technological use of the life force, ether, or orgone energy in his terminology. Today, a simple airborne system has been developed that engineers rain without the use of chemicals, electric power or electromagnetic radiation in any form. This system is available commercially to governments and is a reality. I recommend that David Sereda and his friends and allies get familliar with this kind of technology, because they will find that it "fits" with everything on that outstanding video EVIDENCE. Stout effort, lads.
